Far Cry 5 ontvangt nieuwe update

Ubisoft heeft een nieuwe update voor Far Cry 5 uitgebracht, die verschillende verbeteringen met zich meebrengt. Deze update is al een aantal dagen beschikbaar voor de pc, en verschijnt vandaag ook voor de PlayStation 4 en Xbox One.

De nieuwe update voor Far Cry 5 verhelpt een aantal bugs en crashes, en verbetert de A.I. van vijanden en bondgenoten. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor Far Cry Arcade, en werkt het co-op en online-gedeelte van de game beter.

- Fixed low occurrence crashes and walkthrough breaks
- Additional quality bug fixes
- Fixed low occurrence save corruption

Companion, Enemy, & Animal AI
- Fixed low repro AI issues

Design & Mission Progression
- Fixed issues preventing silver bar purchase
- Fixed minor bugs

Gameplay & UI
- Fixed minor bugs

Co-op and Online
- Improved co-op connectivity
- Fixed low occurrence co-op specific walkthrough breaks
- Fixed voice communication issue where players could be permanently muted
- Hurk was blowing up the client player when in a helicopter, fixed that.

Far Cry Arcade
- Improved map download efficiency
- Fixed various Arcade gameplay issues
- Fixed issue where map textures would be extremely low
- Improved PVP matchmaking
- Fixed lobby loadout selection and map selection issues

Map Editor
- Fixed issue with Arcade Editor crashes

PC Patch Only
- Fixed issues that were causing incorrect spawn if the game was minimized during loading

Far Cry 5 is sinds 27 maart verkrijgbaar voor de pc, PlayStation 4 en Xbox One.
